This deposit is transferrable providing you give enough notice to change your appointment or cancel and rebook.

Where possible we ask that patients pay us by cash or cheque-especially for small purchases. Card payments cost small business a lot in transaction fees. We do not take card payments for purchases below £10.
What to expect from your appointment !
New Patients £55 40minute appointment
If you are a new patient you will be booked a longer 40 minute appointment where we will take a full medical history from you including any medication you are taking and will carry out a full assessment of your feet. If you are diabetic then a diabetic assessment will be carried out. Any particular problems or concerns you have with your feet will be discussed and then a treatment plan will be discussed with you. At your initial appointment we will carry out any routine treatments such as nail cutting and corn or callus removal as part of your treatment. If you have other conditions such as a verruca, an ingrown toenail etc. that you have come to us for treatment with, these will take priority over routine nail cutting and treatment and routine footcare will be completed time permitting.
Routine Follow-up appointments £45 25 minutes or £65 40 mins
Routine follow-up appointments follow on from your initial consultation and are for your ongoing treatment. The time frame between appointments depends on your treatment needs. You may be advises you need a longer appointment if you need more treatment
Please note we are sorry to advise that we are unable to offer a discounted simple nail cut service as we use the same instrument packs for nail cutting as more complex treatments.
Home Visits vs Clinic Appointments
After 23 years we have decided to withdraw home visit appointments as we feel we can offer a better level of care for you within the clinic environment. Some of which we could not offer in your own home. Here in the clinic we have better ability to visually see what we need to do. Have more diagnostic equipment on hand to provide the best care we can for your feet. We also keep a stock of orthotics and insoles and treatments for various foot conditions. Our years of experience show that patients who can be treated immediately for a condition are more likely to continue their treatment regime at home and recover quicker than if they go away to consider what we have advised. We will, of course always offer our advise under no obligation. The products we offer have been researched and we know work. Not all products and treatments are the same or work in the same way. There are many many types of orthotics and insoles on the market and we use our knowledge, skills and experience to advise on the most suitable.
